Allan Baker
Allan Baker is a certified holistic health coach, initiated fire keeper, and wilderness guide with a passion for guiding others in returning to their inner nature. Through his own experience of battling with chronic migraines, depression, anxiety, and a near death experience that awakened within him a longing for health and truth. The “7 directions of health” have risen from his experience and training in the fields of yoga and meditation, nutrition, homesteading, plant medicine and fasting, somatic therapy, devotional music, ritual and ceremony from different traditional lineages around the world.

What is the One Nature approach?
It is a holistic process of returning to our natural, unbound and pure inner Self through purifying our body, mind, and heart. By integrating the “7 directions of health” into our life, we replace old programming and habits and attune to our heart’s intuitive guidance and true nature.
What are the “7 directions of Health”?
Why growing?
By understanding the natural process of nature we understand ourselves deeper and what we need to grow. Just like a seed, once germinated, stretches its taproot down into the soil to find water and provide structural support so its shoot can stretch upwards in search of light, we too grow in a similar way.
Why fasting?
Food digestion takes ~60% of our energy, by fasting the body can use that energy for healing, rest, and rejuvenation.
